this is great for if you are going to go to potlucks a lot. we took this to a work function and it works very nicely, keeps all the platters warm with out letting them cool down. Rolls up nice and is easy to wash, would deff recommend.
Easy to use, convenient, even heating, and compact for storage.
I got this as a portable food warmer for when we have larger spreads at dinner. The mat is made of a high quality silicone. I had initial concerns that there may be huge variations in the temp throughout the mat, but using my Pixel 9XL temp sensor, there was maybe 5 degrees different between the center and the outside of the mat. Once thing to note is at the 122 degree setting, it does run a little hotter (closer to 150). When set at the highest level of 212, the mat got to about 201 degrees on the edge and about 205 degrees in the middle. This is close enough that it's not a big deal for general heating purposes.
The design of the minimal surface touching the counter was very nice.
You can set the timer to 6 hours (max) on the warmer so you can have things stay warm for a long time without worrying.
Overall, a decent tool on the go or when extended food warming is required. For us, it is for taco night to keep the meat and tortillas warm.
